How do I hide a shipping method for certain products?

Create a rule with a condition (for example, Product vendor is “Acme”) and a Hide action that matches the delivery option’s title, such as “Same Day Delivery”. When the cart contains a matching product, that option is hidden at checkout.

Why is my rule not applying at checkout?

Checkout customization through a function has plan requirements set by Shopify. If your rules don’t apply, confirm the app finished syncing on the home screen and that your store meets Shopify’s requirements for delivery customizations.

Does the app see my customers’ personal data?

No. The app stores your store and rule configuration only. Cart evaluation at checkout happens inside Shopify and customer data is not sent to or stored by the app.
